The Forever Footshell was developed for active prosthetic users, combining comfort, durability, and a natural aesthetic in a fully waterproof design tailored to the Levitate Forever prosthetic foot.

The project followed a highly iterative and hands-on development process. Working closely with the Levitate team, we rapidly explored, prototyped, and tested multiple concepts to progressively refine the geometry and mechanical properties, ultimately achieving the right balance between comfort, performance, and durability.

My contribution covered industrial design, CAD development, prototyping support, and design refinement from concept exploration through to the final production-ready design.
